1. Use of the App

The app is intended for users aged 18 or older. Use of the app must comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
• Accounts may be suspended or removed if content violates guidelines or causes harm.

3. Content Guidelines

Users must not post or share content that:

• Is abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Includes nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual material
• Violates the rights of others or infringes copyright
• Is misleading, spammy, or fraudulent

4. Premium Features

Some features may require in-app purchases. All payments are handled securely through the app store. Refunds are subject to app store policies.

5. Termination

Accounts may be terminated without notice if users violate the Terms of Service or abuse app features.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of the app is at the user's own risk. No guarantees are made regarding availability, security, or performance. No liability is accepted for loss, damage, or data issues resulting from use.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
