4. Profile Content
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant Ora permission to store, display, process, and share that content as needed to operate the app.
5. Matching, Messaging, and Safety
Ora does not guarantee matches, conversations, compatibility, or offline safety. Use care when communicating with others and meeting in person.
6. Premium, Credits, and Purchases
Subscriptions and credit purchases are handled through the app stores or payment partners. Features, prices, and availability may change. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store policies unless otherwise required by law.
7. Account Removal
You may request account deletion from within the app. Ora may retain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement.
8. Disclaimers
Ora is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every user is who they claim to be.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
